DRAFT — NOT LEGAL ADVICE. This original draft needs review and completion by qualified counsel before being relied upon or used to onboard customers. It does not reproduce the third-party NOWPayments terms supplied as a reference.

Terms & Conditions

Draft date: 30 October 2026 · Service: CryptoPayments.in merchant portal concept

These draft terms describe the intended merchant software service operated through CryptoPayments.in (“Service”). The responsible legal entity, governing law, dispute forum, effective date and contact details must be confirmed before publication.

1. Current service status

The website currently provides account, business-profile, referral-tracking and merchant-preference interfaces. Unless and until the relevant infrastructure is expressly activated and documented, the Service does not provide live blockchain deposit-address allocation, transaction monitoring, custody, conversion, settlement or automatic cryptocurrency payouts. A dashboard entry, setting or pending request is not proof that funds were received or transferred.

2. Eligibility and account security

You must provide accurate business and contact details, keep credentials secure, use a verified email address, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account, subject to applicable law.

3. Verification and compliance

Access may require business and identity verification through a configured verification provider. Do not submit identity information unless the provider, privacy notice, consent and supported verification level are presented in the live flow. Verification status does not itself guarantee acceptance, payment processing or regulatory authorization.

4. Supported assets and networks

Asset/network preferences are configuration choices only. Crypto assets and networks carry volatility, irreversible-transfer, congestion, wrong-network and protocol risks. Do not send funds based solely on a sample screen or until a live payment instruction is generated by an activated service.

5. Fees, balances and referrals

Any fees, conversion rates, settlement terms, minimums, commissions or payout schedules must be disclosed in a separate, approved schedule before the related feature is enabled. A proposed 1% fee or referral counter shown in development is not a promise that a fee was collected or an affiliate commission was earned. No referral payout is available unless a written commission schedule and payout process are enabled.

6. Acceptable use

You must comply with applicable sanctions, anti-money-laundering, consumer-protection, tax and financial-services rules. You may not use the Service for unlawful activity, fraud, prohibited goods or attempts to interfere with its security.

7. Availability, suspension and termination

Features may be unavailable during maintenance or investigation. Accounts may be restricted where required by law, security needs or suspected misuse. Any operational holds and appeal process must be defined in the final terms.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the development preview is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or production suitability. These draft terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Final liability caps, indemnities and consumer protections require jurisdiction-specific legal review.

9. Changes and contact

Final terms should state how changes are notified and when they take effect. Draft contact: support@cryptopayments.in.
